1 · Accepting these terms

Using cogniziil.com or placing an order means you accept these terms, forming an agreement between you and Cognizil. If they do not suit you, please do not order.

2 · Who may order

You must be eighteen or over and able to enter a contract. Cognizil™ is formulated for adults and should not be given to anyone younger.

3 · Orders and pricing

Prices are shown in US dollars and confirmed at checkout. We may change prices, promotions and package availability at any time; the price shown when you pay is the price that applies to your order. Every order is a single payment. We do not operate subscriptions and we never rebill a card without a new order.

We may decline or cancel an order where we suspect fraud, where an obvious pricing error has occurred, or where we cannot ship to the address given. If we cancel, you are refunded in full.

4 · Not medical advice

Nothing on this site is medical advice, a diagnosis or a treatment plan, and reading it creates no clinical relationship. Cognizil™ is a dietary supplement and not a medicine. So far as the law allows, Cognizil carries no liability for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of this site or the product. Liability that the law does not allow anyone to exclude is untouched by this clause.

We may amend these terms at any time, effective on publication. Utah law governs, with conflict-of-law principles set aside.
